Direct laser:
Individual for embossing and coating applications
The direct laser engraving system has had a permanent place at our company since 2012. The technology has established itself over the years and offers numerous individual solutions for many applications. The maximum working area of this machine is 3,700mm width and 5,00mm diameter. The result: high-quality embossing, coating and gravure structures on a wide variety of roller surfaces (e.g., copper, brass, aluminium, etc.). Your advantage: the high bandwidth in the structure depth from a few μm to three millimetres, with the highest resolution. It enables extremely detailed results.
Gravure printing rollers:
HIGHEST PRECISION IN GRAVURE ENGRAVING
Gravure cylinder engraving is one of our core competencies. This traditional and modern printing process achieves the best printing results on the market. Despite various technical developments, we are on our way to a sustainable and resource-saving process.
Here, too, we rely on flexibility, because it is important to carry out gravure engravings quickly, reliably and precisely – without compromising on quality. We deliver first-class results up to a roll width of 6,000 mm and from batch size of one.
Embossing rollers:
Precision and quality in one house
With our embossing rollers you can emboss a wide range of structures on different materials such as e.g., wallpapers, floors, edges, foils, etc. and refine them. The particularly accurate rendition of the structures confers every end product a genuine look and feel. Our embossing rollers deliver extremely precise results with the highest accuracy possible in every work area.
The specific advantage of sampling lies in the synergy with our direct digital printing. This allows the haptic display of the desired embossed structure on individual materials in advance. In turn, this means that customers have an inexpensive sample piece in their hand before the roll processing even begins.
Electroplating:
Rollers and cylinders - brand new or newly refurbished
Surface preparation (copper plating) and finishing (chrome plating) takes place in-house for widths of up to 1700 mm. This guarantees flexible order processing and uncompromising quality control. Refurbishing used cylinders for reuse is one of the sustainable standards in our industry. With our five copper baths and several processing machines, we are also well positioned for individual contract manufacturing.
Reproduction and design development:
The path to a perfect surface begins here
Our experienced team always provides us with a great starting point. We either develop a sample with you based on your own wishes and ideas, or prepare the data you have supplied for rendition on the roller surface. We create reproductions for decorative printing, embossing, coating and finishing of all kinds independently from the final application.
As for design development, we offer an extensive portfolio for your review. Furthermore, you will find exclusive wood, stone and fantasy decorations in our modern design selection.
Digital printing and advertising technology:
The strong addition for quick results
In-house since 2018: the innovative digital direct printing process complements the embossing and laser technology and makes structures and design elements tangible. We can easily deliver a wide variety of rigid, flexible, smooth and rough materials or surfaces with unique visual and haptic structures.
Wood wall panels, back walls made of glass or acrylic glass, razor-sharp digitally printed wallpaper for creative wall design and many other surfaces and materials can be individually printed with your layout.
Our digital printing process offers numerous custom solutions including images for hotels, shop-fitting, interior design, way-finding systems and much more. We are also happy to implement creative ideas from individuals.
